My name is Charles. I am currently based in New York City.

I am a backend engineer, who occasionally dabbles in the frontend.

I enjoy working in Java, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Outside of work, I like to make restaurant reservations two weeks in advance, learn Japanese from Netflix shows, and try to get a PR in NYRR running races.
